b) Turbine Filter

Turbines Filters are an important part of the any Turbine system/combustion chamber because this product helps the accumulation of fine dust and other particles that may be in the oil. This is particularly important in turbines as very high engine speeds are attained; the antifriction types of ball and roller bearings would become damage quite rapidly if lubricated with contaminated oil.

There are several types of locations of filters used for filtering the turbine lubricating and filtering oil. The filtering elements come in a different variety of configurations and mesh sizes. It is a linear measurement equal to one millionth of a meter (a very small opening).

c) Hydraulic Filter

Hydraulic filters reduce a broad range of contaminants to keep sophisticated equipment running smoothly, resulting in efficient systems with superior performance. Hydraulic Filter catches contaminants solid particles (dust, metal debris, welding flag, rubber particles from hoses and seals, sand from castings, debris from machined components water reactive chemicals etc) and prevents them from re-entering the fluid flow and damaging other pieces of equipment further downstream. It is essential for any type of hydraulic assembly to protect system components such as hydraulic valves, motors, Bearing, Heat Exchangers and reduction of oil contamination. These filters are used to remove contaminants Without proper filters, the resulting downtime can cost manufacturing plant huge amount in short time. We manufacture complete Filters and all types of Filter elements, interchangeable with all main manufacturers of hydraulic Filters and OEM’s and already developed a large number of hydraulic filter elements and one to one replacement of elements equipment to all popular Brands. We can also manufacture elements and housing as per specification and sizes of clients.

d) Compressed Air filter

We manufacture and supply high grade these Compressed Air & Gas Filters at our manufacturing plant that is equipped with latest technology. These are offered at a cost-effective price. Our qualitative gamut is appreciated worldwide and extensively used for removal of dirt, dust, rust, condensates, moisture contents, oil impurities & exhaust fumes. These are ultrafilter, Micro Filter, which remove oil, water and dust particles that are mixed with condensate. If these impurities are not removed, it is highly harmful for the machinery and equipment’s in the plant as it forms amalgam, which is a thick viscous matter and gets struck up in airlines and orifices in the pneumatic system and instrumentation.

Our filters are designed for 10 m3 / hr to 50,000 m3 / hr capacity and can withstand the pressure upto 16 bar in standard range and upto 400 bar in high pressure range. Housings are available in Al, CS, SS material and with accessories viz. service life indicator, differential pressure gauge supplied as optional.
